The Conference will be held at Kobe Gakuin University's Sannomiya satellite campus in the heart of Kobe.  The campus is located on the 17th floor of the Mint Kobe building in Sannomiya. The building is within a five minute walk of all the train lines/stations that serve Sannomiya.
